This Policy applies when you visit our website, submit an enquiry, ask us to create or customize an itinerary, request a quotation, make or manage a booking, use visa-assistance services, contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, or use any trip-planning feature made available by us.

It does not govern the independent privacy practices of airlines, hotels, cruise companies, embassies, consulates, visa application centres, payment gateways, social networks or other third parties.

3. Personal information we may collect

3.1 Contact and identity information

3.2 Trip-planning information

3.3 Passport, visa and travel-document information

Please provide only documents necessary for the service requested. Do not send passwords, OTPs or full payment-card credentials to us by email, chat or WhatsApp.

3.4 Payment and transaction information

We may record payment status, invoice details, transaction references, refund details and billing information. If online/card payments are enabled, payment credentials may be processed directly by a bank or payment gateway.

3.5 Communications and service records

Emails, WhatsApp messages, form submissions, call notes, complaints, feedback, support conversations and communication-preference records.

3.6 Technical and website information

IP address, browser/device type, operating system, referring page, pages visited, approximate location derived from IP, security logs and cookie/analytics information where enabled.

4. How we collect information

We may collect information directly from you; from a lead traveller, family member, employer or other person arranging travel on your behalf; from suppliers involved in a booking; and automatically through the website.

If you provide information about another traveller, you confirm that you are authorized to provide it for the relevant trip, booking or visa service.

5. Why we use personal information

We use personal information to plan and quote trips, verify and facilitate travel services, provide visa assistance, communicate with you, process payments/refunds, provide support, maintain legal/accounting records, secure and improve our systems, send permitted marketing, and comply with law.

Where we ask for consent, you may decline optional information or withdraw consent by contacting us. Some information is necessary to prepare a quote, make a booking or provide a visa service; without it, we may be unable to proceed.

7. Sharing

We may share relevant information with airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise companies, tour operators, destination partners, transport/activity providers, embassies/consulates/visa centres, payment providers, technology vendors, professional advisers and authorities where necessary.

We do not sell personal information as a standalone business activity.

8. International processing

International travel may require data to be sent to service providers outside India. We do so where reasonably necessary for the requested travel service and subject to applicable Indian law.

9. Visa documents and sensitive information

Visa processes may require sensitive documents. We aim to limit access to personnel and providers who need them and retain them only for as long as reasonably necessary for the application/service, complaint handling, legal/accounting requirements or another legitimate purpose.

Visa assistance does not guarantee visa approval.

10. Cookies and analytics

The website may use essential cookies. If analytics, advertising, session-replay or other non-essential technologies are enabled, we will provide appropriate information and consent controls where required.

11. Marketing and WhatsApp

If you opt in, we may send promotional communications by email, phone, SMS or WhatsApp. You may opt out at any time. Messages relating to an active enquiry or booking are service communications.

12. AI-assisted planning (where available)

If we later offer an AI-assisted planner, we may process the travel preferences and conversation content you submit to generate or refine suggested itineraries. Do not place passport copies, card/bank credentials, passwords, OTPs, medical records or unnecessary sensitive information into a general AI chat field.

AI suggestions are planning aids. Final pricing, availability, visa/entry requirements and booking details must be verified.

Anyone who receives a shareable itinerary link may be able to view the plan. We will design such links to avoid exposing unnecessary personal details.

14. Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, travel/visa services, required records, complaints, fraud prevention, disputes or legal compliance.

15. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

16. Your privacy choices

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion where legally available, consent withdrawal, marketing opt-out or raise a grievance. We may verify your identity before acting.

17. Children and family travel

The website is primarily for adults. A parent, guardian or authorized adult may provide a minor’s information where necessary for a family booking, visa or travel service.

18. Third-party services

Third-party websites and suppliers have their own privacy practices. Review their notices before providing information directly to them.

19. Updates

We may update this Policy when services, vendors, features or law change. The updated version will show a revised effective date.

20. Grievance Officer and contact

We will address grievances within the time required by applicable law.
