Website Terms of Use & Travel Booking Conditions

1. About these Terms

These Terms apply when you access or use the Memorable Tourism website, submit an enquiry, request an itinerary or quotation, use visa-assistance services, communicate with us about travel, or purchase/confirm a travel service from us.

A quotation, invoice, booking confirmation, package-specific document or supplier term may contain more specific terms. Where there is a conflict, the more specific booking document applies to that booking, subject to applicable law.

2. Who provides the service

Memorable Tourism is a Pune-based travel business offering customized domestic and international packages, flight and hotel booking assistance, visa assistance, cruises, airport transfers, currency exchange/car-rental coordination and related travel-planning support.

We may provide planning directly and arrange/facilitate components supplied by independent travel providers.

3. Website content is for discovery and planning

Destination pages, sample itineraries, stories, photographs, maps, availability statements, estimated budgets and package examples are not confirmed bookings or guarantees unless expressly stated.

4. Enquiries and quotations

Quotations are subject to availability and may expire. Airfares, hotel rates, exchange rates, taxes, visa/government fees, local charges and surcharges may change before confirmation.

5. Booking confirmation

Unless stated otherwise in your quotation, a booking is confirmed only when supplier availability is verified, final price and key terms are communicated, required traveller information is received, the required payment is received/authorized, and Memorable Tourism issues written confirmation.

6. Traveller responsibilities

You are responsible for accurate traveller details, checking booking information, required passports/visas/health documents, compliance with supplier and authority rules, and punctual check-in/arrival.

7. Passports, visas and entry

You remain responsible for meeting entry requirements. Visa assistance is support with the process; Memorable Tourism cannot guarantee approval, processing time, appointment availability or entry.

8. Third-party suppliers

Supplier terms may apply to airlines, hotels, cruises, tours, transfers, activities and other services. Where we act as facilitator/agent, the underlying service is provided by the supplier.

9. Pricing, taxes and currency

The quotation states the pricing basis, inclusions and exclusions. Some local charges may be payable directly at destination. Foreign-currency components may fluctuate until the agreed confirmation point.

10. Payments

Payment schedules are stated in the quotation/invoice. A hold may lapse if payment is late. Do not send card PINs, CVV, banking passwords or OTPs to us.

11. Customer-requested changes

Changes are subject to supplier approval, availability and any fare difference, amendment fee or cancellation/rebooking charge.

12. Cancellations and refunds

The booking-specific cancellation schedule applies. Supplier charges, non-refundable rates/fares, visa/government fees, payment-processing charges and clearly disclosed service fees may be deducted where applicable.

No-show, missed departure or traveller-documentation issues may result in little or no refund under supplier rules. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

13. Disruptions

Airline changes, weather, strikes, government restrictions, safety events, supplier operational changes and other events outside reasonable control may affect arrangements. We will make reasonable efforts to assist; costs and refunds depend on the circumstances, supplier terms and law.

14. Flights

Airline schedules, baggage, seats, meals, special services and name rules are subject to airline/fare conditions.

15. Hotels, transfers and activities

Hotel ratings, room descriptions, images and facilities may vary. Supplier check-in/out, pickup, age/health and operational rules apply.

16. Travel insurance, health and safety

We recommend appropriate travel insurance. Review authoritative travel, entry, health and safety information before and during travel.

17. AI-assisted planner (where available)

AI output is a planning aid. It may be incomplete or outdated and is not a confirmed fare, booking, visa requirement, safety advisory or availability guarantee. Final travel details must be reviewed and confirmed.

18. Acceptable website use

Do not interfere with the website, bypass security, introduce malware, misuse forms, impersonate others, submit fraudulent information or copy/scrape the site at scale without permission.

19. Intellectual property

Memorable Tourism branding, original website text, curated itinerary content and graphics are owned by or licensed to Memorable Tourism. Third-party content remains subject to third-party rights.

20. Reviews and photos

Sending us a photo/review for service purposes does not automatically authorize public marketing use. Where permission is required, we will seek it.

21. Privacy and communications

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. Service communications may be sent through channels you provide or request; promotional communications are subject to your preferences and applicable law.

22. Disclaimers and liability

The website is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Memorable Tourism remains responsible for its own obligations as required by the booking terms and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, statutory remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

23. Complaints

Contact us promptly with your booking reference and supporting details so we can investigate and try to resolve the issue in good faith.

24. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Subject to mandatory consumer/statutory jurisdiction, disputes are subject to competent courts and tribunals at Pune, Maharashtra.

25. Changes

Updated Terms will show a revised effective date. Confirmed bookings generally remain governed by the terms accepted for that booking unless law or an express agreement requires otherwise.
